Blue Cloud Softech Solutions Limited (BSE: 539607), one of India’s fast-growing AI and cybersecurity-driven IT companies, has announced its official empanelment as a 5G Fixed Wireless Access (5GFWA) Partner for Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited (BSNL), Tamil Nadu Circle. The partnership marks a major milestone in advancing India’s 5G Internet Leased Line (ILL) services for enterprises and private networks.
According to the communication received from the Office of the Chief General Manager, BSNL Tamil Nadu Circle (Ref: TNCO-12/13(11)/7/2025-EB-UNIT-CO/3, dated November 1, 2025), Blue Cloud Softech Solutions Limited (BCSSL) has been empaneled to establish and maintain customer private networks on the 5G FWA platform within the BSNL Tamil Nadu Telecom Circle.
This empanelment is valid for five years, subject to terms and conditions under the Expression of Interest (EOI) for empanelment. The collaboration aims to bring cutting-edge 5G connectivity, ultra-fast leased line solutions, and advanced digital infrastructure to enterprises across Tamil Nadu.
Under the partnership agreement, Blue Cloud Softech Solutions Limited will:

Design, supply, deploy, and maintain the 5G RAN (Radio Access Network), Edge CORE, radio access equipment, and Customer Premises Equipment (CPE).

Handle installation, commissioning, and active promotion of 5G FWA services for enterprise customers.
Meanwhile, BSNL will provide essential infrastructure support, including space, power, tower facilities, backhaul IP connectivity, spectrum, and ILL bandwidth. The services will be marketed and billed under the BSNL brand, ensuring nationwide credibility and customer trust.
The agreement will run for 60 months (five years), with provisions for extension. Revenue generated through the partnership will be shared between Blue Cloud Softech Solutions Ltd and BSNL, in a ratio of 70:30 (BCSSL: BSNL), depending on business volume and service uptake.
