BLS International Services Limited has strengthened its global presence in the hospitality sector through the acquisition of Trefeddian Hotel (Aberdovey) Limited, a company incorporated under the laws of England and Wales. The acquisition was made via BLS UK Hotels Limited, a step-down subsidiary of BLS International Services, making Trefeddian Hotel a step-down subsidiary of the company.

The acquisition, executed entirely through cash consideration, involved the purchase of 100% equity shares of Trefeddian Hotel for GBP 6.55 million (approximately INR 78.29 crores). The hotel, with a paid-up share capital of GBP 17,795 (around INR 0.19 crore), recorded a turnover of GBP 3.64 million (INR 38.80 crores approx.) for the financial year ending January 31, 2024.

Incorporated on 12th November 1954, Trefeddian Hotel has been operating in the hospitality industry in England and Wales for decades, with steady revenue growth over the last three years. Its turnover increased from GBP 2.59 million (INR 25.98 crores approx.) in 2022 to GBP 3.64 million (INR 38.80 crores approx.) in 2024, reflecting consistent operational performance.

This strategic acquisition aligns with BLS International Services’ broader objective of diversifying into synergistic businesses, expanding its portfolio, and enhancing long-term sustainable growth. By integrating Trefeddian Hotel into its operations, BLS aims to unlock operational synergies, broaden revenue streams, and reinforce its position in the global hospitality sector.
