BLS International Services Limited has announced that it has received a major work order worth approximately ₹2,055.35 crore from the Unique Identification Authority of India (UIDAI), New Delhi, under the Government of India. The company shared this update with the stock exchanges on August 25, 2025, in compliance with SEBI disclosure norms.

According to the filing, BLS International will act as the service provider for establishing and operating district-level Aadhaar Seva Kendras (ASKs) across the country. These centers will handle appointment-based as well as walk-in Aadhaar enrolments, updates, and other related services.

The contract will be executed over a period of six years and covers outsourcing of public service delivery at a large scale. The awarded project value of ₹2,055.35 crore is inclusive of all duties and taxes.

The company clarified that there is no promoter or related party interest in UIDAI, ensuring that the deal does not fall under related-party transactions.

BLS International, which is listed on both NSE (Symbol: BLS) and BSE (Code: 540073), has been strengthening its portfolio in public service outsourcing, visa processing, and citizen services. This new contract is expected to significantly enhance its presence in the Aadhaar services ecosystem across India.
