Black Rose Industries Ltd. has informed the stock exchanges about a fire incident that occurred at its facility in Shree Laxmi Co-op. Industrial Estate Ltd., located in Hatkanangle, Kolhapur, Maharashtra, on 3rd January 2025.
The company clarified that no operational activities were being carried out at the affected site at the time of the incident, meaning there was no impact on the business operations.
The fire caused damage to the building, but the asset was fully insured. Black Rose Industries has already initiated the process of filing an insurance claim to cover the loss. The company has reassured stakeholders that there will be no disruption to its business operations.
As per SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, the company has provided the necessary details regarding the incident in its disclosure, which includes a full assessment of the damages once completed.
