The company issued an exchange filing on September 23, 2025, in response to the executive order and a memorandum from the US Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS).
The IT services firm said it remains committed to delivering uninterrupted services to clients and is actively strengthening its global delivery capabilities, as well as talent sourcing and deployment processes. These measures, the company noted, are part of its efforts to build operational resilience and mitigate risks.
Birlasoft added that it will continue to closely monitor regulatory developments related to H-1B visas and provide further updates when necessary. The company emphasized that customer service remains its top priority.
