Operational Milestones
Airtel’s data center business, Nxtra, became the first in India to deploy AI-driven operational excellence, enhancing efficiency and reliability. In a major customer-centric move, Airtel’s anti-spam initiative now identifies and blocks over 1 million unique spam callers daily, providing users with an improved and secure mobile experience.
