Bharat Seats Limited announced its Q4 FY25 results, reporting a strong financial performance driven by robust revenue growth and improved profitability. The company’s net profit surged 42.5% year-on-year (YoY) to ₹11.4 crore, compared to ₹8 crore in the same quarter last year.
Total revenue from operations stood at ₹393 crore, marking a 41.4% YoY increase from ₹278 crore in Q4 FY24. The company’s EBITDA also witnessed a healthy rise of 34%, reaching ₹23 crore as against ₹17 crore a year ago.
However, the EBITDA margin saw a slight contraction to 5.8% from 6.1% in the corresponding period last year.
For the full fiscal year ended March 31, 2025, Bharat Seats posted a net profit of ₹32.7 crore versus ₹25.05 crore in FY24. Total income for the year rose to ₹1,299 crore, up from ₹1,071 crore in the previous year.
The board also reported earnings per share (EPS) of ₹1.81 for Q4 FY25, up from ₹1.21 in Q4 FY24.
