Bharat Forge Limited reported its standalone Q4 FY25 results showing a decline in both revenue and profitability compared to the same quarter last year.

The revenue from operations stood at Rs 2,163 crore, down 7.3% from Rs 2,338.85 crore reported in Q4 FY24. The company’s net profit for the quarter came in at Rs 345.6 crore, marking a 11.3% fall from Rs 389.65 crore in the year-ago period.

The decline comes despite efforts to manage input costs and stabilize operations. EBITDA for the quarter was reported at Rs 617 crore, down from Rs 660 crore last year, with an EBITDA margin of 28.5%, missing analyst expectations of 29%.

The management is yet to provide forward guidance, but the miss on key estimates signals pressure on margins in the near term.
