Bharat Dynamics Limited (BDL), a key defence PSU under the Ministry of Defence, has reported a significant jump in its performance for the financial year 2024-25. According to provisional and unaudited data shared by the company, BDL achieved a turnover of over Rs 3,300 crore, marking a record growth of approximately 40% compared to Rs 2,369 crore in FY24.
Notably, the company recorded its highest-ever export turnover of over Rs 1,200 crore in FY25, representing a staggering growth of over 640% from the previous year’s export revenue of Rs 161 crore.
In addition to the impressive revenue figures, Bharat Dynamics secured fresh orders worth Rs 6,668 crore during the year. As of April 1, 2025, the company’s total order book stood at approximately Rs 22,700 crore.
This robust performance underscores the company’s growing prominence in both domestic and international defence markets, supported by increasing demand for its strategic defence systems and missile technologies.
