
Barbeque-Nation Hospitality Ltd. on Wednesday reported a consolidated net loss of ₹20.3 crore for the quarter ended March 31, 2025, significantly wider than the ₹1 crore loss in the same quarter last year.
The company’s revenue from operations stood at ₹292.7 crore, marking a 2% decline from ₹298 crore reported in Q4 FY24. Despite the revenue drop, EBITDA rose slightly to ₹54.6 crore from ₹53.8 crore a year ago. However, EBITDA margin remained nearly flat at 18.4% compared to 18.5% last year.
Total expenses for the quarter stood at ₹239.4 crore, marginally higher than ₹243.3 crore in the same period last year. Finance costs and depreciation expenses were ₹20.8 crore and ₹52.2 crore respectively.
Barbeque Nation attributed the weak bottom-line performance to higher tax outgo and continued cost pressures. For the full year FY25, the company posted a net loss of ₹27.8 crore, compared to ₹13.4 crore in FY24.
