Bansal Wire Industries Limited reported a robust financial performance for the third quarter ending December 31, 2024, driven by strong revenue growth and improved operational efficiency. The company’s total income for Q3 FY25 stood at ₹925.72 crore, marking a 52.6% YoY increase from ₹606.92 crore in Q3 FY24 and an 11.6% QoQ growth from ₹829.66 crore in Q2 FY25.

The company’s revenue from operations rose to ₹924.60 crore, registering a 52.5% YoY jump from ₹606.05 crore and a 12% QoQ rise from ₹825.44 crore. This significant growth was largely fueled by increased demand and a higher volume of sales.

On the expense front, total expenses for the quarter reached ₹867.61 crore, up 27.9% YoY from ₹680.02 crore but showing controlled cost management with a 12.3% QoQ increase from ₹772.73 crore. The cost of materials consumed rose to ₹788.58 crore compared to ₹497.77 crore in Q3 FY24 and ₹733.34 crore in the previous quarter, reflecting higher raw material costs.

The company’s profit before tax (PBT) for Q3 FY25 stood at ₹58.10 crore, recording a 116% YoY surge from ₹26.84 crore and a 2.2% QoQ increase from ₹56.84 crore. Net profit for the quarter jumped to ₹41.67 crore, reflecting a 171.85% YoY rise from ₹15.33 crore and a 4.05% QoQ increase from ₹40.05 crore.

For the nine-month period ending December 2024, Bansal Wire reported total income of ₹2,573.62 crore, up from ₹1,760.96 crore in the same period last year, while net profit increased to ₹127.73 crore, reflecting a substantial 69% YoY growth.

With a strong order pipeline and sustained revenue growth, Bansal Wire remains optimistic about its performance in the coming quarters, benefiting from increased demand in the wire and steel sector.
