Bank of Baroda has announced that the tenure of Shri Sanjay Vinayak Mudaliar, Executive Director of the bank, has been extended by the Central Government. His current term, which was set to end on December 31, 2025, has now been extended until his superannuation on July 31, 2028, or until further orders, whichever comes earlier.
This extension, approved under the Banking Companies (Acquisition and Transfer of Undertakings) Act, 1970, has been notified to both BSE and NSE in compliance with SEBI (LODR) Regulations.
