Banco Products (India) Ltd. on Saturday announced that Ms. Himali H. Patel has resigned from her position as Whole-time Director and Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of the company, effective April 30, 2025, after business hours. The company made the disclosure under Regulation 30 of SEBI’s Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements.
In her resignation letter addressed to the Board of Directors, Patel cited personal reasons for stepping down from her roles. She confirmed that there are no other material reasons for her departure.
Patel has served on the board for a decade, and in her note, she expressed gratitude for the trust and support received during her tenure, highlighting the achievements and contributions made during her time at Banco Products.
The company has not announced a replacement for the CFO position yet.
