Bajaj Holdings & Investment Limited (BHIL) has recently made significant strides in expanding its portfolio with the acquisition of shares in three major companies: Tata Consultancy Services (TCS), HDFC Bank, and NTPC. The acquisitions were made as part of the company’s ongoing strategy to enhance its investment portfolio through market transactions.

The acquisition details for the three entities are as follows: BHIL acquired a total of 0.0006% of Tata Consultancy Services (TCS), amounting to Rs. 10.32 Crore. In the case of HDFC Bank, the company acquired 0.0007% of the bank’s shares, valued at Rs. 9.32 Crore. Additionally, BHIL also acquired a stake of 0.0021% in NTPC, valued at Rs. 7.37 Crore. The combined cost of these acquisitions up to date totals Rs. 54.07 Crore for TCS, Rs. 544.10 Crore for HDFC Bank, and Rs. 7.37 Crore for NTPC.
