The contract involves the execution of the civil and structural works for the commercial project titled Embassy Splendid Tech Zone – Block, located at Pallavaram, Chennai. The project forms part of a Special Economic Zone (SEZ), underlining its strategic importance and long-term value within the city’s growing technology and business corridor.
As per the company’s disclosure, the order has been awarded by a domestic entity and does not fall under related party transactions. There is no promoter or promoter group interest in the awarding company, ensuring that the contract has been secured on a purely commercial and arm’s-length basis. The execution timeline for the project is approximately 24 months, providing healthy revenue visibility for the company over the next two financial years.
