B.L. Kashyap and Sons Limited announced on July 21 that it has received a significant order worth approximately ₹910 crore (excluding GST) from BPTP Limited. The contract involves the construction and supervision of civil structures for residential towers, associated non-tower areas, and a community building.
According to the company’s disclosure to stock exchanges under Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, the order is domestic in nature and is expected to be executed within 36 months. The Letter of Intent (LOI) for the project was received on July 21, 2025, at 11:00 AM.
The company clarified that neither the promoter group nor any related parties have any interest in the awarding entity, and the contract does not fall under related-party transactions.
This project marks another addition to B.L. Kashyap’s portfolio of large-scale civil construction projects in India.
