The contract has been awarded by CRC Greens Private Limited and will be executed over an estimated period of 42 months.
The company disclosed the development under Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, as amended.

The scope of work includes construction and supervision of civil structural works for a group housing development in Greater Noida. The project is domestic in nature and strengthens B.L. Kashyap’s presence in the residential real estate construction segment.
The total contract value stands at ₹300 crore, excluding applicable taxes. Execution is expected to be completed within approximately 42 months.
Regulatory and Governance Clarity
The company confirmed that the order has been awarded by a domestic entity and does not fall under related party transactions. It further clarified that neither the promoter nor promoter group companies have any interest in the awarding entity.
