Awfis Space Solutions Ltd, India’s largest listed workspace solutions provider, has launched its first Gold Centre in Pune at Eleven West by Panchshil, Baner Pancard Club Road. The premium centre spans 28,103 sq. ft. and is designed with state-of-the-art amenities, high-end interiors, advanced technology, and dynamic collaboration zones.
With this launch, Awfis has expanded its Pune portfolio to 29 centres, while its nationwide footprint has crossed 200 centres with over 140,000 seats across 18 cities as of June 2025. The company has added 47 new centres, 43,452 seats, and ~2.2 million sq. ft. of area since June 2024, marking a 39% YoY growth in seats.
Chairman and MD Amit Ramani said the collaboration with Panchshil Real Estate underscores Awfis’ commitment to offering premium, tech-enabled workspaces. Pune, with its growing IT, startup, and manufacturing base, remains one of the fastest-expanding markets for flexible offices.
