Avantel Limited on Monday announced that it has received an order worth Rs 3.36 crore (inclusive of taxes) from the Defence Research and Development Organisation (DRDO).
The contract, dated August 25, 2025, is for the development, porting, and testing of SATCOM Waveform (SDR). As part of the project, Avantel will also conduct field trials of the ported waveform using a HUB system.
The project has a completion timeline of April 27, 2026, and falls under the company’s software services segment.
