Asya Infosoft Limited, formerly known as Axis Solution Limited, has secured a significant order for the procurement of Analyzer Systems for setting up HPG-2, BUTENE-1, and PSA units at BCPL, Lepetkata, from Brahmaputra Cracker & Polymer Limited (BCPL).
The order, valued at INR 11.34 crore, is part of BCPL’s expansion project aimed at enhancing its production capabilities. The project requires the timely supply of specialized equipment for setting up critical units in the plant. The contract stipulates an 8-month completion period on an FOT (Free On Truck) site basis from the date of the firm order acceptance.
As per the agreement, delivery will be considered complete once the materials arrive at the site, as certified by site store owners or engineers. A penalty clause of 0.5% per week applies to any delays, capped at 5% of the undelivered portion.
The company has confirmed that no promoter group or related entities are involved in the award of this order, ensuring full compliance with SEBI’s listing regulations. The deal further underscores Asya Infosoft’s strong presence in the industrial equipment sector, positioning the company for continued growth in the infrastructure space.
