Asian Energy Services announced that it has received a Letter of Award dated 3 December 2025 from Sun Petrochemicals Private Limited for a major 4D seismic project in Gujarat.
The disclosure has been made in line with Regulation 30 of SEBI’s Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements. The assignment covers the complete acquisition and processing of 4D seismic data for SunPetro’s Bhaskar Field, marking an important addition to the company’s domestic service portfolio.
The work order is valued at ₹54.63 crore and has been issued by a domestic entity, with execution planned over a one-year timeline. Asian Energy Services will conduct field data acquisition and advanced seismic processing to support Sun Petrochemicals’ reservoir evaluation and development activities. The company clarified that neither the promoter group nor any group entity has an interest in the awarding company, and the order does not fall under related-party transactions.
