Ashoka Buildcon Limited has announced the receipt of a Provisional Completion Certificate for an additional 8.595 km stretch of its NHAI Hybrid Annuity Mode (HAM) Project, taking the total completed stretch to 50.205 km out of 56.705 km.
Project Details
The project pertains to the Four-Laning of the Tumkur-Shivamogga Section from Karadi (km 66+540) to Banwara (km 119+790) on NH-206, executed under NHDP Phase-IV in Karnataka. The project is undertaken by Ashoka Karadi Banwara Road Private Limited, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Ashoka Concessions Limited.
Commercial Operations Date (CoD) & Annuity Payments
- First CoD (41.61 km): Achieved on September 8, 2023, as per NHAI approval on September 26, 2023.
- Second CoD (8.595 km): Declared on February 11, 2025, confirmed by the Independent Engineer on March 3, 2025.
- With this completion, the company is eligible to receive annuity payments from NHAI for 15 years, paid every six months.
This development marks a key milestone for Ashoka Buildcon as it advances towards the full completion of the 56.705 km project.
