Ashiana Housing Ltd. has announced a major expansion with the signing of an agreement to lease 20 acres of land in Mahindra World City, Jaipur. This land will be used to develop a new group housing project, covering an estimated saleable area of 20 lakh square feet.
The project is set to be a significant addition to Ashiana Housing’s portfolio, aimed at providing high-quality residential spaces in a prime location in Jaipur. The lease deed is expected to be executed within the next 90 days, subject to the fulfilment of certain conditions.
