Arkade Developers Limited has announced a major milestone with the registration of a Development Agreement (DA) for a large-scale cluster redevelopment project in Borivali West, Mumbai. The project, located near Mahavir Nagar, spans 7,084 square meters and will offer a saleable carpet area of approximately 2.44 lakh sq. ft.
The redevelopment includes Satya Shreepal Nagar A CHS Ltd., Om Shreepal Nagar B & C CHS Ltd., Sheetal Shreepal CHS Ltd., and Sai Shreepal CHS Ltd. With an estimated gross development value (GDV) of ₹865 crores, this marks a significant addition to Arkade’s growing portfolio in the western suburbs of Mumbai.
