Arkade Developers Limited (BSE: 544261, NSE: ARKADE) has announced its unaudited financial results for Q1 FY25, showcasing significant growth across key financial metrics. The company reported a consolidated revenue of ₹12,538.13 lakhs, marking a remarkable 102.98% increase compared to ₹6,177.16 lakhs in Q1 FY24.

Key highlights include:

  • EBITDA grew by 319.37% to ₹4,208.55 lakhs in Q1 FY25 from ₹1,003.55 lakhs in Q1 FY24.
  • Profit Before Tax (PBT) surged by 333.77% to ₹4,088.74 lakhs in Q1 FY25 from ₹942.60 lakhs in Q1 FY24.
  • Profit After Tax (PAT) saw a substantial increase of 359.51% to ₹3,021.89 lakhs in Q1 FY25, compared to ₹657.63 lakhs in Q1 FY24.

Mr. Amit Jain, Chairman and Managing Director of Arkade Developers, attributed the strong performance to the robust demand in India’s real estate sector, particularly in the luxury housing segment. The company also launched new projects and completed possessions for over 380 homes in the last quarter.

Looking ahead, Arkade Developers plans to expand its presence through strategic land acquisitions in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region (MMR) and the upcoming launch of Arkade Rare in Bhandup West.
