Arkade Developers has acquired a 6.5-acre land parcel for the cluster redevelopment of Anand Nagar Society in Dahisar East. This transformative project, spanning 26,286 square meters, is expected to generate a gross development value (GDV) of ₹1,700 crores. The development will offer 676,000 sq. ft. of saleable space, featuring both residential and commercial units to meet the rising demand for premium properties in Mumbai.
Strategically located near Dahisar Station, Anand Nagar Metro Station, and the Western Express Highway, this project will enhance connectivity and boost real estate value in the micro-market.
In addition to Dahisar, Arkade Developers has acquired a 4-acre land parcel in Goregaon West, currently leased to Filmistan Pvt. Ltd., with a projected revenue of ₹2,000 crores. Further, the company has initiated three new redevelopment projects in Andheri East, Malad West, and Borivali West, covering 5 acres with a saleable carpet area of 5.85 lakh sq. ft. and an estimated turnover of ₹2,150 crores.
