Arisinfra Solutions Limited, a leading tech-enabled supply and services network for India’s construction and real estate sectors, has announced fresh wins worth ₹100 crore in integrated supply-and-services contracts in North Bengaluru. With this addition, the company’s portfolio now covers more than 2.45 million square feet of RERA carpet area, translating into a Gross Development Value of nearly ₹1,400 crore.
The contracts, awarded by Arsh Greens and Eternity Group, span a diverse mix of plotted developments, villas, and apartments. This strengthens Arisinfra’s position as a trusted partner within the country’s growing real estate and construction ecosystem.
The latest mandates lift the company’s integrated supply-and-services order book to close to ₹850 crore, with ₹750 crore of that secured after its listing. Of the new contracts, around ₹50 crore relate to execution services, while material supply accounts for more than ₹50 crore.
Designed with short execution horizons of 24 to 30 months, the projects are structured to enable faster revenue conversion and quicker return realization. Arsh Greens is set to launch immediately, while the other two projects are scheduled to begin within the next three months. Arisinfra’s services arm, which has consistently generated gross margins of more than 50 percent, is expected to play a central role in boosting profitability from these projects.
