Antony Waste Handling Cell Limited (AWHCL), through its subsidiary AG Enviro Infra Projects Private Limited, has secured a contract worth ₹908 crore from Navi Mumbai Municipal Corporation (NMMC). The contract is for door-to-door collection and transportation of municipal solid waste (MSW) in Navi Mumbai and will span over a period of 9 years.

This new contract further strengthens AWHCL’s 15-year partnership with NMMC, focusing on providing comprehensive waste management solutions to the city. The waste generated daily in Navi Mumbai, which stands at around 760 tonnes, will be managed under this agreement.

The contract is an important milestone for AWHCL as it continues to work towards sustainable waste management and contributes to the city’s cleanliness initiatives. The company’s efforts have been central to ensuring efficient solid waste management services in Navi Mumbai, building on their established experience in the sector.
