Anand Rathi Wealth Limited has fixed Friday, May 15, 2026 as the record date for the purpose of its final dividend for the financial year 2025-26, the company informed the exchanges. The board of directors had recommended a final dividend of ₹7 per equity share on April 9, 2026, subject to shareholder approval at the ensuing Annual General Meeting.

The final dividend, once approved by members at the AGM, will be paid within 30 days from the date of approval. Shareholders whose names appear in the register of members or in the records of the depositories as beneficial owners as of the close of business on May 15, 2026 will be eligible to receive the dividend.

The company has noted that as prescribed under the Income Tax Act, 2025 as amended by the Finance Act, 2020, dividends paid or distributed by a company after April 1, 2020 are taxable in the hands of the members. Anand Rathi Wealth will accordingly deduct tax at source at the applicable rates at the time of making the final dividend payment.

Anand Rathi Wealth, which reported a strong Q4 FY26 with revenue of ₹287.82 crore — up 30% quarter-on-quarter — and PAT of ₹103.45 crore, has been one of the consistent dividend-paying stocks in the wealth management space. The ₹7 per share final dividend adds to the returns delivered to shareholders in what has been a strong financial year for the company.
