Anand Rathi Wealth Ltd shares rallied more than 6% in early trade on Tuesday after the company reported robust financial performance for the September quarter (Q2 FY26). AS of 9:19 AM, the shares were trading 6.50% higher at Rs 3,125.70.

The firm posted a 30.5% year-on-year jump in consolidated net profit to ₹99 crore, compared with ₹76 crore in the same quarter last year.

Revenue from operations rose 22.6% to ₹297.36 crore, up from ₹242.48 crore in Q2 FY25, supported by strong business momentum. The company’s EBITDA grew 32% YoY to ₹137.5 crore, while margins expanded to 46.2% from 43%, reflecting improved operational efficiency.

Alongside the results, Anand Rathi’s board declared its first interim dividend of ₹6 per share (120% of face value ₹5) for FY26. The dividend will be paid within 30 days of declaration to shareholders whose names appear on the record date — October 17, 2025.
