Amber Enterprises India informed stock exchanges that its step-down subsidiaries, Ascent-K Circuit Private Limited and Shogini Technoarts Pvt Ltd, have received approval under the Electronics Components Manufacturing Scheme (ECMS).
The formal approval was received on January 02, 2026, in the presence of senior government leadership, including the Union Minister for Electronics & Information Technology, Railways and Information & Broadcasting, Shri Ashwini Vaishnaw, and Minister of State for Electronics & Information Technology and Commerce and Industry, Shri Jitin Prasada. Senior officials from the Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology were also present during the announcement.
According to the company, the ECMS approval allows the subsidiaries to participate in the government-backed scheme focused on electronic components manufacturing. The scheme is intended to support domestic production of electronic components and strengthen India’s Electronics Manufacturing Services (EMS) supply chain.
Amber Enterprises India stated that the approval supports its ongoing plans in electronic components manufacturing through its subsidiaries. The company also acknowledged the support received from the Government of India and the Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology.
