Allied Digital Services Limited, a global IT services provider and Master System Integrator (MSI), has bagged a major five-year contract worth ₹420 crore from a top-tier European multinational pharmaceutical company. The prestigious deal will see Allied Digital overhaul the digital workplace experience for over 120,000 employees across 66 countries—including the Americas, Europe, and the Middle East.
This landmark win reinforces Allied Digital’s growing footprint in the global IT services space, especially in digital workplace transformation. Under the agreement, the company will deliver a wide array of services such as deskside and hardware support, meeting room technology management, audio-video platform support, and end-user IMAC (Installation, Move, Add, Change) services.
As part of the deal, Allied Digital will also set up specialized IT experience centers in strategic regions to boost user satisfaction and streamline IT support for the client’s global workforce.
