As per the company, on Saturday, December 28, 2024, at approximately 6:15 AM, a residue tank ruptured, causing severe burn injuries to an attending officer. Despite receiving treatment at Surya Burns Hospital, Pune, the officer succumbed to injuries on Sunday morning.
