Ajmera Realty & Infra India Limited reported a consolidated net profit of ₹25.3 crore for the fourth quarter ended March 31, 2025 (Q4 FY25), registering a decline of 11.85% year-on-year compared to ₹28.7 crore in Q4 FY24. The fall in profitability was accompanied by a sharp dip in revenue and operating income.
Revenue from operations stood at ₹151.4 crore, down 34.7% from ₹231.8 crore in the corresponding period last year. EBITDA also declined 34.8% YoY to ₹43.36 crore as against ₹66.50 crore in Q4 FY24.
Despite the drop in absolute numbers, the company maintained a stable operating margin. EBITDA margin for the quarter came in at 28.64%, compared to 28.69% in the year-ago period.
On a full-year basis, Ajmera Realty reported a consolidated net profit of ₹125.95 crore in FY25, up from ₹102.84 crore in FY24. Total consolidated income for the year stood at ₹75,305 crore.
The results reflect a slowdown in quarterly performance, though annual metrics suggest a steady trajectory in long-term profitability and operational growth.
