Ajmera Realty & Infra India Limited (BSE: 513349 | NSE: AJMERA), a leading real estate player with a pan-India presence, has announced its operational performance for Q2 FY26, showcasing robust growth and strong market demand.

In Q2 FY26, Ajmera Realty achieved its highest-ever quarterly sales of ₹720 crores, marking a 184% year-on-year (YoY) increase, with total sales volume reaching 2,29,772 sq. ft., up 101% YoY. Collections for the quarter also rose to ₹220 crores, up 66% YoY, highlighting solid cash flow visibility and investor confidence.

For the first half of FY26, the company continued its growth momentum, reporting a sales volume of 2,93,016 sq. ft., up 20% YoY, and sales value of ₹828 crores, up 48% YoY. Collections for H1 FY26 stood at ₹454 crores, up 52% YoY.

Ajmera Realty is also making progress on regulatory approvals, paving the way for accelerated project launches from its strong pipeline, further strengthening its expansion plans.
