Ahluwalia Contracts (India) Limited has announced the receipt of a new project from Godrej Properties Ltd. The contract involves construction work at the Godrej Riverine project located in Sector-44, Noida, Uttar Pradesh. The scope of work includes core and shell works of both the substructure and superstructure for multiple towers—T1, T2, T3, and T4—along with construction related to the NTA, club, retail areas, boundary wall, rainwater harvesting systems, waterproofing, and lightning protection systems.
The project is classified as a residential housing development and is being executed within the domestic market. Ahluwalia Contracts is expected to complete the project over a span of 25 months. The total contract value stands at ₹396.50 crores, excluding applicable Goods and Services Tax (GST).
This order adds to Ahluwalia Contracts’ ongoing portfolio of residential construction projects across India, reinforcing its presence in the Noida region.
