Ahluwalia Contracts (India) Limited has announced that it has secured two major construction projects with a total contract value of Rs 1,103.56 crore. The company disclosed this development in an exchange filing dated June 27, 2025.
The first project, awarded by Whiteland Corporation Private Limited, is for the construction of a residential project named ‘Urban Resort’ in Sector-103, Gurugram. The project, valued at Rs 821 crore (excluding GST), is scheduled for completion within 36 months.
The second project, from Nestled Haven Estates Private Limited and Maia Estates Private Limited, involves civil structure and architectural finishing work for residential towers at ‘The Beacon’ in Bengaluru. This contract is valued at Rs 282.56 crore (excluding GST) and is expected to be executed over 32 months.
Both projects are domestic in nature, and the company confirmed that there is no promoter group interest or related party involvement in these contracts.
