Real estate developer AGI Infra Limited has received a key regulatory approval for its upcoming residential project in Punjab. The company announced on April 2, 2025, that it has obtained a license from the Jalandhar Development Authority (JDA) under the Punjab Apartment and Property Regulation Act and its amendments. The approval pertains to the group housing project titled “Prestige by AGI,” located in the village of Pholriwal, Jalandhar.

The license, bearing registration number JDA-2025/93, was granted on March 28, 2025, and will remain valid until March 27, 2030. According to AGI Infra, this development is expected to significantly boost the company’s revenues and profits over the next two to three years through the sale of residential flats.

In its regulatory filing, the company confirmed that the project will operate under the updated framework of the Punjab Apartment and Property Regulation Acts of 1995, 2014, and 2021. There has been no withdrawal, suspension, or cancellation of the license, and the company emphasized that this milestone aligns with its long-term growth strategy.

The project is set to further cement AGI Infra’s presence in the Jalandhar residential real estate market, contributing to its development portfolio in northern India.
