AGI Infra Q3 FY25 results: Net profit rises 27.8% YoY to Rs 19.06 crore, revenue surges 25% to Rs 91.41 crore

AGI Infra Limited, a leading real estate developer, reported a strong financial performance for the third quarter of FY25, with consolidated net profit rising 27.8% year-on-year (YoY) to ₹19.06 crore, compared to ₹14.92 crore in Q3 FY24. The company’s revenue from operations stood at ₹91.41 crore, marking a 25% YoY increase from ₹72.78 crore in the same quarter last year.

The strong performance was driven by robust real estate sales and improved project execution. The company also reported an earnings per share (EPS) of ₹15.60, compared to ₹12.21 in the corresponding quarter of the previous fiscal year.

The company’s cost of materials consumed stood at ₹83.51 crore, reflecting an increase from ₹58.93 crore in Q3 FY24, highlighting continued investments in ongoing and new projects. Meanwhile, employee benefits expenses rose to ₹11.33 crore, up from ₹9.09 crore in the previous year.
