Agarwal Industrial Corporation Limited (AICL) has announced that it has secured a prestigious tender from Indian Oil Corporation Limited (IOCL) for the supply of bulk bitumen (VG-30 and VG-40 grades) to Kakinada locations.
The company said the award comprises a firm quantity of about 60,500 metric tonnes across 11 parcels and an optional quantity of approximately 33,000 metric tonnes across six parcels. This aggregates to a total of nearly 93,500 MT.
The estimated value of the firm orders is around ₹213.56 crore, while the optional orders are valued at ₹116.50 crore. Together, the total estimated value of the contract stands at approximately ₹330.05 crore, based on current market prices.
Agarwal Industrial stated that this achievement highlights its growing presence and reliability in the bitumen supply chain and further strengthens its long-standing relationship with IOCL. The company confirmed that supplies will be executed in line with the terms and conditions of the tender.
