Agarwal Industrial Corporation Limited (AICL) has announced a major milestone with the award of a prestigious tender from Indian Oil Corporation Limited (IOCL), one of India’s largest public sector undertakings. The contract further cements AICL’s position as a trusted supplier in the bitumen value chain.
Under the contract, AICL will supply bulk bitumen grades VG-30 and VG-40 to IOCL’s Kakinada locations. The total awarded quantity aggregates to around 93,500 metric tonnes, split into:

Firm Quantity: Approximately 60,500 MT across 11 parcels, valued at around ₹213.56 crore.

Optional Quantity: Approximately 33,000 MT across 6 parcels, valued at around ₹116.50 crore.
Based on current market prices, the total estimated value of the tender is about ₹330.05 crore. Supplies will be executed between October 1, 2025, and May 31, 2026, in line with IOCL’s tender terms and conditions.
