Afcons Infrastructure has announced a significant development regarding its long-standing arbitration matter related to the Chenab bridge rail project. In compliance with Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, the company confirmed that it has received an arbitration award amounting to ₹243.52 crore in favour of its Chenab bridge project undertaking.

The award, issued by the Arbitral Tribunal, was received on December 11, 2025, marking a positive resolution for Afcons Infrastructure in the rail project dispute. According to the company, this outcome is expected to have a favourable financial impact, strengthening its balance sheet and supporting ongoing infrastructure initiatives.

Afcons further clarified that there are no changes in the status of the proceedings, and the matter does not involve any litigation against key management personnel, promoters, or individuals in control of the company. Since the arbitration concludes the dispute, no additional settlements, penalties or compensations are applicable.
