Advait Energy Transitions has achieved a significant milestone by securing the L1 bid confirmation for a major power infrastructure project under the Vanbandhu Kalyan Yojana-2 (VKY-2) scheme. The project, commissioned by Dakshin Gujarat Vij Company Limited (DGVCL), involves the turnkey supply, installation, testing, and commissioning of an 11KV 55mm² AAAC Medium Voltage Covered Conductor (MVCC) along with its accessories.
This project covers a total length of 580 CMK and is expected to be completed within 15 months. Notably, DGVCL will supply poles and related fabrications for the project. Advait Energy Transitions’ success in securing this bid underscores its expertise in executing high-quality power distribution solutions.
In the excahgen filing, Advait Energy shared, “The company has received bid confirmation for L1 stage – successful bidder for Tender for Turnkey Contract (Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning) of 11 KV 55mm2 AAAC Medium Voltage Covered Conductor (MVCC) with its accessories (Poles and its fabrications will be supplied by DGVCL) in jurisdiction area of DGVCL under Vanbandhu Kalyan Yojana-2 (VKY-2) Scheme for 580 CMK to be completed with 15 months.”
Winning this tender strengthens the company’s position in the power transmission and distribution sector while contributing to rural electrification and infrastructure enhancement in Gujarat.
