Adani Enterprises Limited (AEL) has announced the incorporation of a new wholly owned subsidiary, Adani Skills & Education Limited (ASEL), marking the conglomerate’s expansion into the education, training, and skill development sector. The confirmation of incorporation was received on 6 December 2025 at 11:27 AM IST.
According to the company’s filing, the new subsidiary has been formed with a subscribed capital of Rs 1 lakh, divided into 10,000 equity shares of Rs 10 each. Since ASEL is newly incorporated, it has no turnover yet.
AEL stated that the objective behind setting up ASEL is to enhance skill development within the Adani Group ecosystem. The subsidiary will focus on upskilling Adani employees, graduate and diploma engineer trainees (GETs/DETs), and preparing fresh talent for roles that directly or indirectly support the group’s operations.
The company also outlined a broad mandate for ASEL, including launching and conducting educational and training programs, seminars, online courses, personality development modules, motivational training, business consultancy, e-learning initiatives, and other modes of formal and informal skill enhancement.
The filing clarified that no related-party transaction is involved, and no regulatory approvals were required for the incorporation. AEL will hold 100% shareholding in ASEL.
The new entity has been registered with the Registrar of Companies, Ahmedabad, and is yet to commence business operations.
