Adani Airport Holdings Limited (AAHL), a wholly-owned subsidiary of Adani Enterprises, has announced the incorporation of a new subsidiary named Celeritas International FZCO (CIFZCO) in the United Arab Emirates. The subsidiary has been established with a paid-up share capital of AED 100,000 and will operate in the general trading business.
CIFZCO has been registered in the Jebel Ali Free Zone, Dubai, and while it has completed its incorporation, it is yet to commence business operations. Adani Airport Holdings holds 74% of the share capital of CIFZCO, further expanding its international footprint.
The new entity’s establishment aligns with the group’s broader strategic objectives, although it does not fall within a related party transaction or require any governmental or regulatory approvals. With the incorporation of this subsidiary, Adani Enterprises continues to strengthen its presence in international markets.
