ACME Solar Holdings has incorporated a new wholly owned subsidiary, ACME Greentech Eighteen Private Limited, as part of its renewable energy expansion plans.

In a regulatory filing dated January 1, 2026, the company informed exchanges that the new entity has been incorporated in Gurugram, Haryana, and will operate in the power generation and renewable energy segment. The subsidiary has been set up to undertake activities related to the development, establishment, and operation of renewable energy projects, according to the disclosure .

ACME Greentech Eighteen is a 100% wholly owned subsidiary (WOS) of ACME Solar Holdings. The company has subscribed to the entire initial paid-up share capital in cash, amounting to Rs 1 lakh, through the allotment of 10,000 equity shares of face value Rs 10 each .

The filing clarified that no governmental or regulatory approvals were required for the incorporation of the subsidiary. ACME Solar said the move aligns with its strategy to expand its renewable energy footprint through dedicated project-specific entities.
