ACME Solar Holdings Ltd on Wednesday, November 19, announced the commissioning of the second phase of its 100 MW wind power project in Gujarat. The update was shared through a stock exchange filing under Regulation 30 of SEBI’s LODR norms.

According to the company, its subsidiary ACME Eco Clean Energy Pvt Ltd has successfully commissioned 16 MW at the project site located in Titoda village, Sayla taluka, Surendranagar district. This marks the second commissioning milestone, taking the total operational capacity at the site to 44 MW out of the planned 100 MW.

The commissioning process was witnessed and verified by officials from the Gujarat Energy Development Agency (GEDA) and the Paschim Gujarat Vij Company Ltd (PGVCL). The formal commissioning certificate from the authorities is expected shortly.

This update follows earlier intimations dated October 17 and November 3 regarding progressive commissioning of the same project, and reflects ACME’s continued expansion in the renewable energy sector through wind-based assets.
