Algavista Greentech Private Limited, previously classified under Coromandel’s promoter group, will now be reclassified, marking a significant change in the company’s organisational structure. The company is required to comply with subsequent relevant disclosures of material events related to this reclassification, ensuring adherence to the applicable provisions of the SEBI regulations. This includes making necessary disclosures to the National Securities Depository Limited and Central Depository Services Limited.
