Container Corporation of India Ltd. (CONCOR) has announced the appointment of Vivek Gupta as Director (Finance). The Ministry of Railways has approved his appointment, effective immediately, on an absorption basis. Gupta, who previously served as GGM/Finance at DFCCIL on deputation, will assume the role in the pay scale of ₹1,80,000-3,40,000 (IDA) for a term of five years or until further orders.
The appointment follows the necessary procedures outlined in the Companies Act 2013 and SEBI regulations. CONCOR has confirmed that the necessary disclosures will be filed with the stock exchanges within the required timeframe.
