CMS Info Systems has completed the acquisition of 100% shareholding in Securens Systems Private Limited on a fully diluted basis, strengthening its Vision AI capabilities in the remote monitoring solutions sector.
The company acquired an additional 25,639 Compulsorily Convertible Preference Shares at ₹158.41 per share to achieve complete ownership of Securens. The transaction was conducted on an all-cash basis and does not qualify as a related party transaction, having been undertaken on an arm’s length basis.
Securens, incorporated on 30 December 2011 and headquartered in Mumbai, is a provider of AIoT-based remote monitoring solutions with expertise in intelligent surveillance, predictive analytics, and technology-enabled compliance for BFSI, retail, and other sectors. The company reported audited revenue of ₹765.5 million for the financial year ending 31 March 2025, compared to ₹772.1 million in FY2024 and ₹813.7 million in FY2023. The acquisition is expected to double the combined business scale relative to the closest competitor and drive growth in CMS’s emerging Vision AI business line, particularly within the BFSI sector.
